Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or move your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, I will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value. This helps me cover the cost of my time and resources.
No Show Policy: I value your time and mine. If you miss your appointment without letting me know, I will charge a no-show fee of 50% of the treatment value.
Late Policy: We understand that sometimes things happen and you may be running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment. This helps me stay on schedule and provide the best service possible to all of my clients.
Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards and BACS. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, please let us know in advance so we can make other arrangements. Refund Policy: I want you to be completely satisfied with my services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let me know within 24 hours of your appointment and I will do our best to make it right.
